Collected here are the PowerPoint files and some handouts related to the session "Top Ten Legal Developments in Bioethics" that I organized both for the 2010 ASBH Annual Meeting in San Diego and for the 2009 ASBH Annual Meeting in Washington, DC. In 2011, the "Top Ten" panel was again accepted for inclusion at the Annual Meeting. But I, instead, organized and participated on a panel titled "Impact of State Legislation on Ethics Committee Case Review."
